The infrared thermometer consists of optical system, photodetector, signal amplifier, signal processing and display output. The optical system focuses the infrared radiation energy of the target in its field of view, and the size of the field of view is determined by the optical element of the thermometer and its position. Infrared energy focuses on the photoelectric detector and converts it into the corresponding electrical signal. After the signal passes through the amplifier and signal processing circuit, the internal processing algorithm and the instrument's target emissivity are corrected, and then converted to the target's temperature value. In addition, the objective of the thermometer and environmental conditions such as temperature, atmosphere, pollution and interference should be considered.

1. When using the non-contact infrared thermometer to measure the temperature, point the infrared thermometer at the measured subject and then press the button, at this time, pay attention to the ratio between the distance and the size of the measurement area.
2. Subject Distance Ratio (D:S)
It refers to the ratio of the measured distance to the surface area of the measured subject. When the distance between the infrared thermometer and the measured subject increases, the surface area of the thermometer and the measured subject is required to be larger. 3. Observation range
Always make sure that the measured target is larger than the measuring area of the machine. The minimum diameter of the measured area must be at least 1.5 square centimeters. 4. Reflectivity
Most organic materials and paint or oxidized materials have emissivity of 0.95, smooth or polished metal surface may lead to inaccurate measurements, to compensate for the need to put the surface with covering or use black paint, and wait to make it the same temperature as the underlying material, and then you can measure temperature. 5. Install the battery correctly, press the switch button to turn on the battery, and the LCD screen will display the temperature value after measurement.The time of accurately measure temperature only needs 1s.
