Research and development background

The inventor PI Zhihua was inspired by the rescue of the wounded in the war, and after more than 40 years of dedicated research, the application of Bronsted proton transfer principle to synthesize"wound care functional dressing (wound care fluid)". In 1997, 2009 and 2018, it obtained three national invention patent numbers (ZL 97 1 09208.7), (ZL2009 1 0103327.0) and (ZL 2017 1 0232433.3) respectively. This product is independently developed and has complete intellectual property rights. In 2013, the Ministry of Education commissioned the science and technology search workstation to search for new products, and the results showed that there were no similar products and related literature reports at home and abroad.
 
Precautions and use methods
 
1. Precautions: For wounds containing iodophor, chlorine and alcohol solution, it is recommended to use normal saline and other cleaning before spraying this product.

2. Postoperative treatment: Spray the product directly 10~15cm away from the surgical suture incision until it is completely covered, and cure into transparent liquid film after a few minutes, which is convenient for clinical observation. Two to three times a day.

3. Routine treatment: Directly spray the product 10~15cm away from the wound until it is completely covered, and quickly cure into a transparent liquid film after a few minutes for easy observation. 2 to 3 times a day, can be increased to 3 to 6 times a day when needed. For wounds within 50cm of the skin graft donor area, skin grinding, shallow burn, scald and other clean wounds, spray directly on the surface without debridement; When used for scratches, abrasions, wounds and other contaminated wounds, it should be directly sprayed on the wound after debridement for the first time, and there is no need to debridement when used again. The exposed wound does not need to be wrapped. If there is clothing covering the wound that needs to be wrapped, spray the gauze wet and cover it with a thin layer of gauze.
