On March 30, 2025, under the guidance of UTECH, over 100 MBA students of Chongqing Technology and Business University visited Dadi Enterprise Park and carried out a vivid mobile classroom activity. The purpose of this activity was to enable the students to combine the theoretical knowledge learned in the classroom with the actual operation of enterprises, and to have an in-depth understanding of the development model of the industrial park and the innovative practices of enterprises.
Dadi Enterprise Park is located in the Shuitu Park Area of Liangjiang New Area, covering a total area of 251 mu, with a planned total construction area of more than 300,000 square meters and a total investment of approximately 1 billion yuan, developed in two phases. The park actively introduces high-quality enterprises in the fields of biopharmaceuticals and high-end medical devices, centering around the five leading industries of Liangjiang New Area. Currently, more than 90% of the enterprises settled in the park are high-tech innovation projects, with their businesses covering the whole country and even the global market.

On the day of the activity, the staff of Dadi Enterprise provided a detailed introduction to the MBA students about the development history, industrial layout, operation mode and future plan of Liangjiang Dadi Enterprise Park. The students visited several enterprises within the park, communicated with enterprise managers and front-line employees, and learned about the experiences and challenges of enterprises in research and development innovation, market expansion, talent cultivation and other aspects. Combining with the knowledge they had learned, they put forward many targeted questions and insights.
And During the activity, William Yin, the person in charge of UTECH, shared his own entrepreneurial experience with the MBA students. He vividly recounted the challenges he faced, the decisions he made, and the strategies he adopted during the start-up and development process of his company. Additionally, he introduced some related products of UTECH, such as patient monitors, pulse oximeters, and several other products, elaborating on their features, advantages, and the market demand they aimed to meet. After his sharing, he patiently answered various questions raised by the students, providing them with valuable practical advice and inspiration.

An MBA student who participated in the activity said, "This mobile classroom has given me a more intuitive and profound understanding of the actual operation of the industrial park and enterprises. Many abstract theoretical knowledge has come alive in practice, which is of great help to my future study and career development."
The relevant person in charge of Chongqing Technology and Business University stated that the school has always been committed to promoting the integration of industry and education. Through practical teaching activities such as mobile classrooms, students can better understand market demands, improve their practical abilities and comprehensive qualities, and cultivate more applied talents for society. In the future, the school will continue to strengthen cooperation with enterprises and carry out more diverse practical teaching activities.
The management of Dadi Enterprise Park also expressed the hope that through cooperation with universities, they can promote in-depth integration of industry, university and research, inject new vitality into the development of enterprises, and at the same time provide practical and employment opportunities for students, achieving a win-win situation for both the university and the enterprise.
