7 Days of Sales Elite Training

In order to further improve the sales ability of department employees, cultivate a positive department culture, improve the business level and quality of employees, enhance business competitiveness, help the company accelerate the development of the international market, to create a well-known brand in the field of medical monitoring, our company decided to carry out "UTECH Sales Elite Training".

The training was held from December 11th to December 19th.

Participants: all staff of the International Marketing Department and the Domestic Marketing Department.

In this 7-day training, our CEO William personally participated in this training, and together with us to familiarize ourselves with our products and share the experience of cooperation with customers. At the same time, we also carried out group confrontation. In the team cooperation, everyone was actively speaking and showing themselves, contributing to the team, giving full play to their respective advantages, and striving for the benefits of the team. In this training, everyone has their own harvest, learning from the experience in sharing, harvest and grow in actual combat, and improves their professional degree and business ability.

Yesterday, our training officially ended, all the colleagues who participated in the training shared their harvest, experience and summary, but also shared the shortcomings, and strive to improve in the future work and life. William also awarded prizes and certificates to each colleague who participated in the training to show encouragement and commendation.
