Before purchasing a medical device, read the product manual carefully, ask the salesperson or doctor to understand the product's mechanism of action, scope of application, usage, precautions, contraindications, etc., and choose to purchase and use it based on the doctor's advice and your own situation.

What to look out for when buying home medical devices?
1. Check whether the operator is qualified: Go to a regular pharmacy or medical device operating enterprise to purchase, and check whether it has legal qualifications such as the "Medical Device Operating Enterprise License" (or Filing Certificate) and "Business License", and whether the after-sales service is Guaranteed.
2. Check product qualifications: Medical device products should have a "Medical Device Product Registration Certificate" (or filing certificate) and a "Medical Device Production License" (or filing certificate). If you need to identify the authenticity, you can log on to the website of the State Food and Drug Administration. Inquire. Click on the medical device in the data query column, enter the registration certificate number or product name, and products from all over the country can be found. There are some ordinary products that advertise therapeutic effects to confuse the public, such as height-increasing devices, weight-loss devices, etc. Daily fitness equipment and some clothes, hats, shoes, socks, bracelets, earrings, etc. with health-care functions are not medical devices.
3. Ask for an invoice: Consumers must ask for a shopping invoice when purchasing medical devices. Formal invoices are proof of purchase and are very useful in product warranty and quality complaints. Some illegal sales often do not have formal invoices, so be sure to ask for invoices to avoid having no evidence in the event of an accident.
